Club Membership 

​

You will be made very welcome at Downton Motor Club - whether it is to compete in our wide range of motorsport events, attend one of our shows or simply support the great heritage of Downton. 

​

Scroll down to read how to join or renew your membership. Membership runs for a full year from the 1st January to the 31st December.  For 2025 there are two levels of Club Membership -

 

  • Downton Club Competitor - £30 per annum (includes entry into the Downton Speed Championship) 

  • Downton Club Member - £20 per annum

  • Club members may upgrade / join the Speed Championship during the year - £10 per entry

Membership Benefits - 2025

Downton Club Competitor -

 

All the benefits of Club Membership plus -

  • Entry into the Downton Speed Championship / Clubman's Cup,

  • Burlen Fuel Award (For cars with SU carbs).

  • Maniflow Exhaust Trophy (for cars with Maniflow Exhausts),

  • Downton Novice Shield

  • All subject to elegibility of course.

Note there is a small, additional charge to enter the Wiscombe Park Challenge and the Gurston Down Challenge.

 

Downton Club Member -

​

Membership enables you to support and attend any events organised by Downton Motor Club.  You will also receive Quarterly Newsletters, Downton Stickers, Membership card etc

​

Association of South West Motor Clubs (ASWMC).

 

Please note that Downton Motor Club is affiliated within the ASWMC - so all Downton Club Members can take part in any of the ASWMC Championships such as Targa Rally, Autocross, Car Trials, Stage Rally etc  (Google 'ASWMC' to see details of everything they have to offer).
